What’s Included in my CavaCueva Glass Cave Dwelling?
CavaCueva glass caves arrive fully assembled ready to hook up to your utilities. All units include installed plumbing, electrical, kitchenette with cabinets and marble countertops, electric stovetop, heated floors, windows, smart lock doors, bathroom shower, sink vanity, toilet, fixtures, lighting, marble bathroom floors, and mini-split AC/Heat (for on-site installation). Option to add a pergola porch to expand indoor-outdoor living space. *Your choice of exterior color.
Time & Cost Efficient?
CavaCueva signature Glass Caves are factory-built for high-quality, time-efficient production. Once you finalize your order and pay deposit, production is completed in about 90 days. Building labor shortages and material pricing increases make pre-fabricated factory-built the easiest and most affordable solution. We offer both options for permanent foundation or mobile/portable depending on individual land permits/requirements.

CavaCueva Glass Caves are sustainable, durable, and designed to withstand all climates - from extreme desert summer heat to cold arctic winters. Made from galvanized steel and fire-resistant insulation materials make it perfect for any climate.

Shipping & Delivery:
Shipping takes approximately 30 days from the time of completion. Many factors impacting supply chain may alter this time estimate. At each step of the production cycle you will be given delivery time estimates. About 2 weeks from completion, your shipment will be scheduled.
Customers pay shipping and any applicable taxes/tariffs. Shipping and delivery costs can range from $5,000 - $20,000 depending on your delivery location, how hard it is for the truck/crane to access, road conditions, etc.
ACUEVA’s shipping partner will work closely with you to arrange all shipping, paperwork required for customs clearance, and delivery.
Payment Terms:
50% due upon ordering to begin customizing your color selections for exterior, cabinets, countertops. You will receive renderings and final engineering plans to approve/edit before we begin production. 50% of total invoice is due to begin manufacturing. 50% balance plus shipping is due when it’s ready to ship.

The house is designed for simple utility hookups, featuring a 50-amp electrical plug-in and a water inlet for a hose connection. An external water filtration system can be easily added. For waste disposal, the plumbing directly discharges into your sewer or septic system; a licensed plumber will be responsible for connecting the waste pipes to your existing hookup.
Plumbing, Sewer, Septic:
All properties are unique and dependent on your property, permits, etc. Our plumbing is designed to exit under the house bathroom area, and your plumber/contractor will pipe it into your sewer, leach field, septic, bury or wrap lines. Are you off-grid and don’t have sewer or septic? You have the option for a compostable toilet. We will still plumb the house for regular sewer/septic for later hook-up.
